While you're busy enjoying the festivities, don't forget to
take care of your precious eyes. Follow these tips for a joyful and healthy
vision throughout the season:

Stay Hydrated: Enjoying holiday treats? Remember to balance them with plenty of water to keep your eyes well-hydrated. Use a humidifier if you are finding the dry heat in your home drying your eyes.

Stock up on Omega 3: Take your Omega 3 supplements to combat dry eye by hydrating your meibomian glands.

Hot Compress: Give your eyes a relaxing break by heating up
your hot compress bag and letting it rest on your eyes for 10 minutes to get the oil flowing in your meibomian glands to combat dry eye.

Blink Regularly: With all the screen time and holiday lights, it's essential to blink often to prevent eye strain and dryness.

CLOSED from December 22nd - January 2nd.

January 3rd we will resume our regular office hours.

Dr. Lyons Ophthalmologist

Dr. Christopher Lyons Ophthalmologist will be returning to
Pemberton for a mobile clinic on March 1st, 2024. The optometry
clinic is closed for glasses orders and pick ups on this day. He is accepting
referrals from optometrists and physicians.
