Third-Party Health Benefits for Eye Care

How to use your benefits at our clinic

Many employers provide valuable
health benefits to their employees, including coverage for eye care services.
These benefits can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for eye exams and prescription eyewear. Here's how you can take advantage of these benefits at our clinic:

1. Understand your benefits

The first step is to familiarize yourself with your workplace's health benefits package. Contact your HR department or review your employee handbook to determine what eye care services
are covered and the extent of that coverage. You can also call your benefit company to determine what coverage you have available. Bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.

2. Schedule your appointment

Once you've determined your coverage, schedule an appointment online for your eye exam. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process, ensuring that you make the most of your benefits.

3. Expert eye exam

During your visit, our experienced optometrists will conduct a comprehensive eye exam, which may include checking your visual acuity, assessing your eye health, and identifying any vision issues or conditions.

4. Eyewear selection

If you require prescription eyewear, our optical team will help you choose the perfect frames and lenses to suit your needs. We offer a wide selection of stylish and functional eyewear options.

5. Billing and claims

We will handle the billing
process directly with your third-party health benefits provider to ensure a
smooth and hassle-free experience for you. You may only need to pay any
applicable copay or deductible.
